Refund policy
At Cachemire Glow, every piece is one of one. If it is not right for you, you may return it under the conditions below, in accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you indicate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by a clear statement sent by email to stay4fun.info@gmail.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
How to return
Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked, insured shipping service. Items should be returned in their original condition, with any labels and packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We do not refund the additional cost of any delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, at no extra charge to you.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, pieces commissioned through Private Shopping to your specific request).
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at stay4fun.info@gmail.com with photos. In that case, we cover the return shipping. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights (see Terms of Service).
