Each Cachemire Glow piece is carefully inspected, wrapped and shipped from Portugal with tracking.

RATES
Portugal: €8.99 (free shipping on orders from €150)
Spain, France, Belgium: €19.99 (free shipping on orders from €200)
International (other available countries): €19.99 (free shipping on orders from €200)

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Portugal 1–3 business days; Spain, France and Belgium 3–7 business days; international 5–15 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. In any case, delivery will take place within 30 days of the order, unless otherwise agreed.

TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

DUTIES AND TAXES (OUTSIDE THE EU)
Prices include Portuguese VAT. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you indicate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at stay4fun.info@gmail.com and we will resolve it with the carrier.
